Empire Next
Organizational Leadership and Business Analytics
for Cheerleading Programs
Understand where you are. Build for what comes next.
A cheer program is an organization made of people before it is a system made of processes. Empire Next helps program leaders see clearly where their program stands today, then build the structure, culture and leadership it needs for its next stage.
Launch: for new and emerging programs building their foundation
Build: for developing programs that have outgrown their early systems
Evolve: for established and elite programs preparing for their next stage
Not sure which fits? That's what the first conversation is for.
